Does Cisco follow the same approach as Amazon in hiring (PMs)

A friend is interviewing with Cisco. Does Cisco follow the same approach in the hiring decision-making after interviews as Amazon - when all interviewers share the notes and discuss their points regarding the candidate or Cisco's is more of a quorum type process when everyone votes "Yes" or "No"? The reason for asking - for Amazon it is apparently not recommended to repeat stories, and my friend says he did use the same story for a couple of Cisco interviews (all final on-site panel). This is for the PM process. Would appreciate some insights. Thanks!
