Google vs Stripe

Have two offers not sure which to pick

Google NYC L4: 250k TC
Pros: stable company, amazing benefits, #swe ##good wlb, team is in line with my experience
Cons: lower tc, have to move to ny, rto

Stripe remote L2: 290 TC
Pros: preipo company, will learn a lot, role is more wellrounded
Cons: maybe wlb, preipo culture is competitive, not much upside due to vesting schedule, if recession strikes it could be a bad spot, benefits not as encompassing

Both companies gave me a lower offer than expected, im trying to negotiate. Im leaning a bit towards google for the rest and vest, but i feel like im giving up a rare opportunity not taking stripe.

Other thing is I’ve never passed the google interview before, im not sure if i can do it again
