I read news/some YouTube video said Teslas will soon talk to each other on highways. Do you like it?

Assuming the feature is warning other Teslas around, like “you didn’t turn on blinkers” or pass on some friendly reminders.
1) what’s your take on this feature on feature?
2) What if this feature is done as a mobile app for non-Tesla users, and the driver in next lane says “hey, your blinked has been on for last 1 miles”, “your petrol cap is open”. If harassing messages are sent they could be permanently removed from the app. Sign up is using only DL. So no more fake users. Once banned, then can’t sign in for 30 days or some rules.
3) will you use this app? If no, why not? You only love it on Teslas??

My own interest in it stems from the stupid amount of times some slow driver parks themselves in the left lane with 5+ cars waiting behind them (which is also illegal in many states, while unenforceable).
Ignore Tesla and do not hope it does this, it's a brand and any brand gaining a monopoly is bad for power users/builders/makers even if good for consumers (Apple).
The abuse prevention rules are circumstantial and evolve with time, I do think it can be done in a non-abusive way (like Waze and police reports bubbling up + flagging)
Regulation A+ is also an SEC rule that allows companies to raise from non-accredited people. Its investment limits are calculated independently from Reg CF
