Is it possible?
I was interviewed by a founding member of Databricks before. Do you think he has that much?

I used to be a founding member of a small company. When I left, I have $25M equity of that company. Databricks is 100 times of my company.
I’m pretty sure the VC won’t let me take 3% away cause it will impact future fund raising. When you have 3% and you want to quit, it will go through the board meeting and I have to find a lawyer.
The final amount makes sense to me since 25M is at high risk but 4M is cash which I can take today.
