I personally would only work at a startup I'm interested in and think will be successful. You should be able to make that choice yourself.
Lyft is okay/good Rubrik overworks people Why are so many of the other self-driving companies on it but not Cruise??

I make my own decisions. But I want better work/life balance. Want to be challenged but also be able to have time to hike/play etc.
If you want better work like balance, DEFINITELY don’t go to a start up.
