    Yes, the PM onsite interview will have a round with an engineering manager.

    The technical depth will depend on the role that you are interviewing for. Unfortunately, it is up to the EM doing the interview and there are different flavors. For most roles, it should be very high level where you would be expected to technically describe a system that you worked on and talk about how you work with engineering.

    TPM has system design I’m pretty sure. PMs also have “jam sessions” where they give u a problem and expect u to whiteboard out the solution. From reading online, looks like the common question is “how would you organize/implement Uber for at a stadium-like event?”

    I interviewed with them < a month back. There was a round with the EM but no system design. They definitely were interested in details (technical) of the STAR stories though.
