For ex,
I NEVER saw someone accepted amazon with their competing offer from F or G. This place is composed of people who cant get into other prestigious companies(meta google netflix lyft uber stripe snap etc)
Its not because they were bad nor incompetent. Its just they didnt have enough time to learn politics, surrounded by toxic sdm and selfish mentors(mostly they are).
I would not join if you believe you can try else where in a year or even two.
Then leave after 2 years (or before) when you’re confident in the skills you’ve gained and are ready to go to a software company that is enjoyable to be at.
(I felt exactly the same as you… I wish I moved teams immediately because I felt like, from starting, I was always behind.)
But be aware that amazon hr supports internal transfer but reality is that your sdm highly likely try to persuade you to stay with bullshit reasoning. Dont be scammed
