I have the following offer for L61 from Microsoft Azure, Redmond.
I am currently a new grad with 3 years of work experience with Amzn/Msft before Masters.
Base - 133k
RSU - 140k over 3.5 years
Sign on - 15k for 1st year + 15k for 2nd year
Perf Bonus(Refreshers) - 0 - 20% of base salary.
TC - 133k + 35k stocks (140k/4) + 15k = 183k (without bonus)
TC + 13k(10% perf bonus) = 196k
What is the maximum base they go for L61?
How to negotiate to increase compensation?
Should I ask for level 62?
PS:
I have a competing offer with OCI Seattle at IC3 level. TC = 240k (160k base + 20k sign on + rest stocks)
