Hello, Got 2 offers from Company A and Company B, Non- IT, Manufacturing.
Company A is located in Midwest and offering a technical Manager position – H1B under process but received an RFE for specialty occupation.
Base – 115K
Company B is a start-up and is located in Bay area, California and offering an Engineer position, haven’t accepted the offer yet.
Base -135k plus shares
Which would be a better option?
Also company A has offered a relocation package of 10k (pretax) which they have already send it to my account. If in case I’m to pick the offer from Company B, what would be best way to repay company A so that I don’t have to pay tax at the end.
