Received a Grade10 offer for a SWE role. Recruiter mentioned 2 different bonuses
1- 15% depends on company/team/my performance
2- Individual performance
Could you share (or dm if you don't feel comfortable) what did you get for above bonuses in last couple of years?
Even though I really like the team, the offer I received is slightly better than what I'm currently making and I'm not really comfortable accepting this offer. So I want to believe I can get something from these two bonuses :/
Offer TC: $220k

Example, bonus amount = 100, ipf = 1.4, CPF = 1.1
You get 100*1.4*1.1
My ipf for the past few years - 1.8, 1.9, 1.3, 1.4
CPF is mostly around 1. During pandemic year it was slightly less then 1 but mostly it's around that
Recruiter explained this to me like I'll be getting 2 different bonuses, but looks like it is two different multipliers - company/team performance (CPF?), and my individual performance (IPF?) and 1 bonus payment. Did I get it right?
So honestly this question is no longer relevant 😄But I'll keep it for future visitors.
