Location Feasibility for Pharma Quality Assurance Company

Hi all

A family friend of mine has a pharma laboratory/quality assurance set up in India which does QA testing for several US based client. They are now looking to expand and have operations facility in the USA. Florida is one of the top locations on their list.

I would like to an opinion from folks in pharma industry on which state/city would best qualify for such a setup and why?

P.S.: Nelson labs is one of their major competitors in USA
