Moz

One wonders if Mozillians are not on here because they have relatively little to complain about

I have a friend there, but not in dev.

Don't bother moving from Amazon to Moz. They have products that companies now offer for free. I do know several people there looking to get out or already have.

I’m from Moz, and I agree with the first comment- Mozzers have relatively little to complain about. Been here for 4+ years and going strong! Great company and culture, great people to work with. Of course, it’s business and along with that there has been ups and downs, but I believe decisions are made in effort to keep the company going and aren’t handled without lots of empathy and generosity. If people want to leave it’s typically because they want to grow beyond what’s available at Moz, and the market in Seattle is competitive enough to give lots of opportunities. Nothing is perfect but I feel pretty dang lucky to work at such a great place.

The statement that Moz only has stuff available for free elsewhere would seem to be contrary to Moz’s recent revenues. It’s undoubtedly time for Moz to get back out in front of the Digital Marketing industry. That’s why there is a lot of new blood combined with some greats folks that still remain. Amazon over Moz?? Ok. If that’s really what you want....
