A study was just released that 98% of people in customer service have hearing issues (https://pubs.asha.org/doi/abs/10.1044/2021_AJA-21-00088). Having spent a lot of my career in customer service/success, that resonates with me (I have tinnitus).
The leadership team and I came across a company offering preventative care for hearing. We're interested in using them, I wanted to see if anyone else got proactive hearing health at work. So far as we know they're the only ones around.
