I passed the on-site interviews.
I have been HC approved. (Down-leveled to L3)
I have team match.
I’m waiting for the offer.
So happy that I don’t know how to react.

EDIT :
I got few private message and comment as of my experience with this interview process.
Thank you again for your best wishes :)
It was an experience ! I got contacted out of the blue. I never checked what the Google interviews looked like before starting the process (Mostly because I did not plan to join before 6+ years since I was pretty average at noname university)
A miracle that I join Accenture already so I was kind of set for life in my mind.
So recruiter asked when I would like the interviews and I said “in two weeks” , then I received the interview prep guide and realize I was in trouble 😅 Never heard of system design in my life (neither school or at work).
I’m a Machine learning engineer, all I did at Accenture was playing with my datasets in my Jupiter notebook.
Too proud and scared (to lose the opportunity) to tell the recruiter to start the interviews in 3/4 months instead of 2 weeks… So I studied 24/7 for 2 weeks, YouTube videos, Leetcode, system design courses… the phone screen arrives, really easy questions, I finished in no time and get granted access to onsite.
That was another story… 1 coding round went ok, 1 coding round awesome, 1 coding round went terribly bad. Behavioral was awesome and… I did not expected that but system design was awesome too!
I got mixed feedback, went to HC got approved and now I have a team match and scheduled a call to talk about the offer :)
As of on-site interviews split :
Round 1 : List/String - Hard
Round 2 : DP - Medium
Round 3 : String - Medium

You have humans in front of you, everyone likes when you are interested in them, ask some questions regarding the interviewer (How was your career progression? Wow, and did you ever felt that you’ve reach a point in the project where you didn’t see any other challenges? Nice, when do you think you’ve done enough work to stop and think back to what has been done so far?…)
Manager will remember you and that’s what we want :)
Don’t forget to ask question related to your preferred working environment, it’s important for you since you’ll be working all year long with the same teammates 😁
