      You are beyond crazy if you think that’s falling apart. It’s a slightly dated kitchen and one that’s not even that bad.

      A kitchen update would be rather cheap.

      I’m basing this off the pictures and not having seen it in real life but that house is actually quite well maintained it looks like, in a nice area, and an eichler which is sought after.

      I am guessing you like new build β€œMcMansion” type houses and there are a lot of those in Fremont / Newark. Have you looked there? If you’re looking for dirt cheap I saw a mansion in Indiana listed for 300k.

    Why I moved out of California. In my mind, that is not worth even 600k. Regardless of what you can afford. Best decision I ever made
