This is the full offer, so the 60k new hire equity is the signing bonus. Don’t need relocation so no, but is probably situation dependent.

I got a pretty popular leetcode hard (though I hadn’t seen it before the interview) for algo round. OOP round was easy as long as you know the basics and a bit of web app design, debugging is easy if you’ve been doing your leetcode and can quickly identify bugs in code.
