Not too much info floating on the web, but do insiders know what the culture is like at CLEAR?

If the culture is tech/eng/product led or more business lead? Is decision making more top-down (a la Amazon) vs bottoms up (like Facebook)?

    Transactional relationships are a weird mix of top-down and bottom-up. Mostly program management led, the product team is trying to lead but not succeeding so far. Engineering is talented but running on its own. Overall not a fun company; the vision is unclear, and the monetization strategy is vague. Airport business will die out in 3 years tops. The company is betting on becoming a digital identity company. I am not buying into it since Apple and Google will control this space realistically...
