Team match at Square - what can a candidate do to help make it happen (faster)

Hi folks, lately passed the technical part of the interviews at Square. However, need to match with a team first before hiring bar. My recruiter is doing all the work so far.

Could anybody explain how does the team match process works at Square? Is there anything a candidate do on their side, along with recruiter's effort, to make this happen (and faster) ?

It's been a few days since my teach search started and so far there hasn't been any team interested in me yet. So I would appreciate any information and advice. I truly root for this company and hope to work for it someday. Thanks!
