Google should demote/fire a PM if a feature/product experience is bad

With the latest mkbhd’s smash on Pixel 6 and YouTube removed dislikes and YouTube changed resolution specs, I have a strong feeling that many Google PMs are trying to chase the so called impact and never give a shit about the users.
As long as those dumb PMs can come up with some stupid ass ideas and can reach out to x million users (btw they have million of ways to cheat on the metrics and get approved), they will get a good perf rating and get promoted. Only the users will suffer because their stupidity.
Idea: if a Google PM is clearly doing stupid things, that person should be either fired or demoted.
The PM who removed dislikes for example should be fired.

In all seriousness, we shouldn’t make product decisions for the vocal majority when we have metrics that show millions or billions of people react differently.
What is your reason for saying removing dislike count is a stupid thing?
