Hi,
I’m a back-end Engineer with ~4 years of experience. I’ve been grinding LC for last few months. Have completed the Blind 75 and most of Sean Prashad’s list but finding it tough to get calls for interviews.
I am talking to a few recruiters but that’s all I got. Need some help to see how to go about this? How do you guys reach out to the recruiters when you’re ready to interview? Reaching out on LinkedIn and applying on career portals is not helping me much.
As a result, I’m also asking for referrals this time. Mostly for mid level positions. I would really appreciate the referral to just get started. Kind of feel lost at the moment. Thanks
EDIT : I would also appreciate if someone can list the companies that can be a good preparation for other well known companies. Having no interview calls, I feel pretty low right now.
EDIT: TC 145k, YoE: ~ 4 years

I don't have a good resume but I still get a decent amount of response. And then apply to many places, it's a numbers game after you fix up your resume.
