Hi All, we started the house-hunting process in the bay area and decided to move ahead with the townhouses. We are confused about whether we should buy a townhouse at Sunnyvale or Fremont
Pros of Sunnyvale
Near to work location(would save at least an hour on commute)
The area is appreciating faster
Have spent the past 7 years at Sunnyvale and have a decent social life
Cons
Not great schools
Almost +400k for the similar 3bhk townhouses
TC(household income) - 550k
Currently, we can deposit around 20%
Milpitas was also a good option but it was stinking badly and we decided to drop the plan
