Manager has a PIP feedback session for me in 1 hour.
They have been saying great things about me for the past few weeks, but since 2 days, they are bombarding me with random questions on performance and are nitpicking.
I don't have a good feeling about this. Any pointers to keep strong?
(I am already on PIP, with end date in November)

I see this kind of stories almost every day.
God save people from Amazon.
For the work you will get assigned, Make sure anything you are requested gets clearly documented, don’t commit to any time line without having deep analysis, if someone is defining a delivery timeline for you make it clear that they are defining those timelines but that you need to review if they are really achievable, only give dates for a date. any small change on requirements make it clear that will have an impact on delivery.
If they ask you to switch between tasks (eg go oncall, jump in other stuff) send the email saying how those things impact the timeline.
Keep al those conversations in emails.
It sucks because Amazon currently has several positions that I'm qualified for and fairly confident I could get an offer but I don't want to worry about being Pipped.
