Ignore tc, how about wc, wlb in both companies?
Same position, same kinda work but just want some help in decision.

    Cisco has amazing WLB and humble people! But still it depends on team! Some BUs are in so much profit. Cisco has good ESPP 15% off and stocks are expected to reach 60 with oncoming 5G! But you may not expect the work to be challenging! You can join Cisco and prepare for FAANG ! ๐Ÿ˜Š

      Rather if anyone wants to use Cisco to get in fang, I would advise against that as fang normally either down level or not offer because of profile mismatch. It is wasting our time as well as candidates time if Cisco is chosen to be gateway to fang. That being said I do see some โ€˜luckyโ€™ and โ€˜diverse โ€˜ people getting into fang from Cisco. I donโ€™t know how much they make but Cisco is a solid, good and stable company which has its own perks and cannot be compared to fang. On the other hand fang pays competitive salaries in some cases which is better than Cisco

      As per me , you can come back to Cisco at some point of time with ease if you know some contacts or with some moderate preparation. So you can explore life in other companies and come back to Cisco with higher pay and grade and enjoy life !
