Are the questions on what makes up TC or how do you get that TC?
On what makes it up. I see on levels for example annual stocks 150k for some SWE2 levels. Is that really annual or split over 4 years?
That should really be the amount but some people are known to put in the numbers that include the stock growth to pad their numbers/ show their true compensation. Also take in to consideration HCOL vs LCOL areas. The companies you are seeing are the biggest companies that are willing to pay for the best talent they can find.
