Can anyone share the wfh/rto plans of Twitter Blr and Google Hyd offices/teams? I am trying to decide between the two and given the covid situation, this would be a crucial factor.
How is the situation trending? Managers leaning towards forcing employees to be back or letting them choose?
Also, same question for Msft folks as well. Any insights now for India specifically?

My experience is almost 7, but yeah. Bad situation. Don't really know whether I should stay back and wait for a promo here; or go out, learn different tech, and work on a promo at G OR use Twitter to solve that as it does have slightly higher scope
Edit - [Blind] Check out this post! Permanent WFH in india (Work From Home)
https://us.teamblind.com/s/gXZLfe38
Here is a list of companies with permanent wfh in India and Google is not on the list yet.
Twitter will not give permanent WFH in India. It's only for US and that also at your managers discretion. It's more of a PR thing. IMO G is definitely better than Twtr if TC is same atleast they will follow policy.
Twitter titles are inflated and I have seen staffs/Sr staffs who are morons. G is conservative with levels so it comes down to TC.
