I had an interview with Twitter for MLE role. I’m not sure why but comparing to other companies, Twitter folks seem not to be at the level they should be?! Or this is the hr problem not setting the right panel?!

This is the second time this has happened to me. I get a feeling that the engineers are either week or are not at the level they should be to interview you.. or what they ask in the interview is not quite relevant to the role.. so many things don’t meet my expectations as an applicant.
