Offer Evaluation - Tesla vs Amazon

Blind Folks - this is my first time posting, long time lurker here. Information from you all have helped me tremendously to take the leap and leave traditional engineering companies to chase the paper. Right now I have two offers in hand and running out of time to make a decision. Details below:

Update: Amazon TC is 250k. Pretty much final.

What would you all advise? I know fully well my WLB is going to be in shambles for both companies and for both roles, work is very interesting. But while I want to lean towards Amazon, Tesla is tempting as well but I’m not super okay with location considering it’s a very HCOL.
