    ABNB makes over $4B/year.

A healthy valuation of a company is 5x revenue multiple for an average company with a manageable debt load.

However, it is usually 10x revenue multiple for high growth companies; more if they are cash flow positive or profitable.

$40B is a good valuation for ABNB, so $31B is slightly undervalued.

With a pent up demand for travel and a vaccine and more government stimulus around the corner, ABNB is likely to πŸš€

    • But their prices aren’t more competitive than hotels. I don’t see hyper growth.

honesty, not sure what the term is but i find most ppl here are a wee bit salty. Valuation will >50B. The diversification upside at AirBNB is huge.

    1>AirBNB Corporate
2>AirBNB Air (consumer side of TripActions, which will bounce back faster)
    3>AirBNB Media (travel, cooking shows)
4>AirBNB Ticketing/reservations (festivals, music, restaurants, museau etc shows
    5>AirBNB Social (dating etc.)
    6>AirBNB Financing/Credit

Eventually......it be huge, just like uber sort of stuck

sorry to say, i am a fan & people, esp old time employees will make a lot of money and some of those...will retire..and that is a-ok according to this 48 yo grinder w/ 23 YOE who probably won't ever get to that point..and that is ok.
