True, but let’s assume Nest gains market share in the market of people who don’t have any security and could’ve gone with brinks. No one will be going to brinks home security (monitronics) for home security anymore, at least not for the same price as ADT. Simplisafe, Amazon, and alarm.com will have competition as well
