Both non-tech PgM role (L4 in google standard) in the Bay Area. Prioritize Career growth >wlb>comp. Asana seems to have great culture but not so sure about the upside of the company whereas google cloud is on the opposite. Still in process of negotiation - what consider as good TC for google offer?
