MS CSA Offer

Looking for feedback on CSA offer from MS... $170,000 30% possible bonus $50k stock $20k signing bonus L65 15 yoe Currently at about $150k with almost zero bonus. Have several relevant Azure certs, FWIW. Early conversations with recruiter were about $175k and L65. Offer came in at $160k and L64. Countered with $170k, didn't mention level in counter. Revised offer is $170k and L65, and no other changes. Note: This is NOT engineering. This is cloud solution architect based in PA.

Did the recruiter mention L65 when you asked? Or are you assuming?

I specifically asked in our initial conversation the level for the position. They stated L65. When actual offer was presented, there was no mention of level until I asked to confirm level, and they stated L64. After counter offer, they stated they were setting it to L65.
