Hey all, I got the offer from Facebook and Reddit.
Offer:
Facebook:
base: $170K
stocks: $330K(4 years)
Sign-On: $40K
Reddit:
base: 180K
stocks: 4600(4 years)
$194K with 6B valuation - Last funding round in February 2021
$322K with 10B valuation(this is what the recruiter is using to calculate my salary based on the company's current growth and because of Diamond hands mania)
Salary from both companies is kinda similar if I take the valuation of Reddit as $10 billion.
I like both companies. I guess Reddit has better WLB, culture, and possible IPO in coming years?
Which one do you think is better?

Facebook is guaranteed money since they’re already IPO’d and a bigger name on the resume.
