Was in yahoo for 5+ years. Then joined another big company last November. I don’t like the culture. Furthermore a small reorg happened and I was requested to relocate latter part of this year if I want to continue with the team I was hired for else I have to choose different team as I am anyway a new-hire. How soon can I start interviewing and what kind of questions will I face from the interviewing panel around this and how can I answer them without sounding bad/weak?

Companies won’t think twice if they need to move you around or even lay you off.
I was in a similar situation: Joined a dream team. Two months later my entire team moved on. I was stuck with a horrible team. So, I followed up on old leads (recent interviews), gave my 2 week notice and got an awesome job/team.
