    As a SWE at Asana, you'll spend most of your time slacking about politics with CEO, not turn up for interviews, being condescending when you do show up to interviews, and micromanaging someone else's work since you're not working. Yeah, it's super chill for people who started before covid. They are coasting along, not working and only showing up to meetings... If at all. You just have to get into the company with some heavy weights endorsing you and you will be fine.
