Interviewing for a CoS position at a fintech, and from what I can glean so far it seems to be much more of a strategic role than a glorified EA role (although I'll vet this in the interview process). Anyone have any insight on what to potentially expect from a TC perspective? The job spec is looking for 10 YOE and lists an MBA as a benefit for candidates, if that gives some context.
And anyone with experience in this type of position have an idea of growth opportunities? Ideally I'd see this as a 2-3 year stint with a way to move into a senior role in a major business line.
Spent 9 years in finance so unfamiliar with the tech space (e.g., I have no idea what someone means when they say "L7" or "L65")

Thereβs a variety of different ways that compensation can play out and itβs largely dependent on the stage of the company and the way that the company structures the role.
The numbers Iβve seen range from a base of $100-250+, depending on level, with stock compensation commensurate that level.
