Need Advice

Serving notice period, last week at WD.
Microsoft joining date- 27th Dec
In loop with Google, HC recommended 1 more onsite.
My preference is Google (better team)
But wouldn’t want to leave Microsoft after joining but can’t get a written offer from Google in less than 2 weeks.
What to do?

Current TC- 18LPA, SDE1
Msft TC- 20L+ $25k RSU+ 1L JB
YOE- 1.3
