LinkedIn is not reimbursing my onsite travel

I took the onsite of LinkedIn around two months ago, and got the rejection after a week. I submit the travel expense receipts to the email HR provided and HR said LinkedIn will pay for the travel.
Now two months passed, I am still not receiving any payment. I tried to email and call the HR several times last week but never heard a reply, seems like he is avoiding me.
What can I do? Is there a way to report this situation to someone or department in LinkedIn?

Btw it was a REJECT.
I know it's standard, but I asked, they told me they didn't, but I decided to just eat the cost anyway.
Anyway very Bad handling by the recruiters. These petty policies affect LinkedIn's reputation and they should realize that.
