Recieved HR call from Red Hat
Position applying:Salesforce Associate Manager
My experience: 7 years
Location: Raleigh
Base HR mentioned : 110k
How much could I negotiate ?#redhatcompensation
Also any informagion from insiders on work culture, bonus, career growth would be helpful.

  • Bonus will be 10 or 15% (i think its 10% for Assoc Mgr). Work life balance and culture are both good at RHT, lots of flexibility for whatever work arrangement best suits you. Base Comp is a bit low for AM level (see if you can push closer to 120k). If no luck on base, they'll probably be willing to do a sign on bonus of around 10k since it's one time spend vs recurring spend of a higher base.
