I have been going through the rounds with this company for a Customer Assurance(Support?) Engineer role. It appears to be fully remote and the salary is pretty decent but I can't find much information about this role on the web. Any feedback for this role or company will be much appreciative!
Boomi is a subsidiary of Dell, slightly different culture, solid growth and market leadership. We called ourselves "the grown up startup" until recently. Still a great culture, and worth joining IMO.
LMAO. Did not they have layoffs less than an year ago ? And that was pre-covid
Boomi’s first ever layoff since it was acquired by Dell in 2008, was in June 2020 after COVID. They offered a decent severance package too.
What was the tc?
who was the hiring manager for this role? I will tell you about their antics.
Stay away from Dell. If you feel salary is decent and you are happy with it, then in short term you are ok but not in long term. A lot of penny pinching there and you may be a target in future.
Wow, thanks for the reply! What's going on over there? Are you saying Dell Boomi is a target for layoffs/firings or the org as a whole?
