What projects are in progress that are critical for our success?
Who do you consider the biggest competitors in our space.
2. Ask where he priorities his time? Being CEO at that size means you can't do everything anymore
3. Ask about industry or macro trends. The CEO is the one person in the company that will always be thinking about long term fit and strategy. Ask who he sees as the biggest external competitors or threats for growth?
4. Ask about work culture (but don't use that term). Something along the lines of "what profile of people are must successful here?" "Do you have a philosophy when it comes to hiring and building a team?
