Blind certainly motivated me to figure out my own market value if nothing else.
And whatever that Twitter user is saying, can be said about Twitter as well.
There are certainly the fair share of dumpster fire threads and an alarming amount of whiny incels who don't have any self awareness. But those people are on Twitter too. And Facebook. And Reddit. And ...
Anyhow, I've found people on Blind to be extraordinarily honest. Misguided sometimes? Sure. But blunt, honest, and helpful? Definitely. Pros outweigh the cons for me. Frankly, I think the tweet author ought to stop being so close-minded and dig a bit deeper into the community. She might learn a thing or two.
