Senior Engineering Manager at Flatiron Health

Hi,
I'll be interviewing at Flatiron Health as a Senior Engineering Manager in NYC. Can someone please help with following:-
1. Interview process - How many rounds, structure of the rounds, what kind of questions to expect, difficulty level?
2. Compensation Package - How much TC can I expect, Structure of the comp ( Base, Sign-on, Bonus, Stocks)? How do stocks work as they are Roche's subsidiary.
3. WLB? Any decision on continuing to be remote/hybrid/in-office after Covid?

The wierd thing is that I have directly been setup for interview with hiring manager after a brief call with sourcing recruiter - so any help will be appreciated that can help me navigate the process effectively.
