There are tax implications if you are outside of the country for 180 days. Your company will want to know. Mine insists no more than 30 days of work outside the country
Tell me if you figure it out… even with fully remote companies and looking at the few places without tax implications the company policies of 90 or 180 days still apply for whatever reason. One HR person at one place told me insurance reasons but then wouldn’t elaborate.
