My colleague recently left for Meta M1. Claimed he got a pacakge that averages ~750k over 4 years. I don’t have the breakdown, but just wondering if they were faking it? They aren’t any super-shot (L6 TLM). I think it could be just ploy to get retention grant.
Considering jumping myself if that’s the going TC now.
