Microsoft (L63)- 56.35 L (Fixed+Bonus per year) + 17.5 L (Stocks vested per year) Walmart (IN5)- 72.68 L (Fixed+Bonus per year) + 12.6 L (Stocks vested per year) *Currency INR. I simplified the calculation and considered stocks vested/year for both companies. Microsoft brand name is big, their stock keeps on increasing at a good %. But Walmart offer is 16% more than Microsoft offer. Which one do you recommend I should go ahead with keeping all the parameters in mind? Thanks.

No
Ok
It's not even a comparison. Microsoft all the way. Walmart is a shite hole. All the best
Oh! Thanks for the feedback.
Agreed. Run from Walmart.
While adding bonus, are you taking the average into consideration?
Do you mean average payout per year?
Yes. For MS at 63, you should consider 15% as average bonus.
Yes, I took that into consideration
Unlikely that at 63, MS will stretch to meet the Walmart offer. So take a call based on the specific team and work areas. Overall, MS does benefit your resume more as compared to Walmart.
Thanks
Microsoft. What's your current TC ?
Are you asking current at Mastercard?
Yes
Current TC? Push MS to stretch bit more , if they go upto like 64-66 , accept it
Tried but MS HR refused to any negotiation.
What is the split of base + bonus in both? L64 microsoft can get around 55+10+15, so for L63 offered the comp looks ok. But the kicker is - is L63 the only option? Any chance of getting L64?
I tried asking for L64 but HR refused as levelling is set during the interviews. Base+Bonus MSFT 49+7.35 Walmart 58.68+14
