Got a stripe interview coming up any advice on their process and remote work TC negotiation?

2nd interview for a different team (first blew me off due to wanting me to be in Seattle or Toronto)

I did the phone screen. Since you mention this is your second interview maybe you've already done this. However, if not, I will say be prepared to read A LOT of text and try your best to manage time. There were many diff parts and each part is quite a lot of text (50-100 lines, the first part was 200 lines). You're also expected to pass 3a or 3b it seems which is the 5th or 6th part(1a, 1b, 2a, etc).

There's a lot of mention online about code quality and test cases. However, I would say try your best to manage time and don't get bogged down on writing pristine code as this will likely be a downfall. For me, I focused on this for 1a and then spent 15 mins on this and explaining all my thoughts. Then the interviewer notified me that we need to worry more about time and the rest of the interview was a race against time since I spent too much on 1a. You have very little time to do each part and they're still easy/medium level LC type questions for each part. The only diff is there's no emphasis on time complexity. Though it isn't going to be some kind of 1-2 line solution. It will still require problem solving skills to get through.

I got asked if I wanted to use coderpad or share my screen. You'll shoot yourself in the foot by using coderpad, so be prepared to share your screen and have your IDE open ready to code and write unit tests. Using your own IDE will aid with debugging code quickly. You'll also unlikely have much time to refer to docs and StackOverflow, even though they mention you can do this, I think the time will kill you.
