We surveyed more than 3,000 users on Blind, asking them if they felt comfortable going to HR to report sexual harassment, and the results are quite eye-opening. Overall, a whopping 42.76% of employees responded that they do not feel comfortable going to HR to report sexual harassment. Are You Compensated Fairly?

We surveyed over 4,000 employees and 51.14% said they were compensated fairly, versus 48.86%. We took a look at the tech companies for which we received the most responses, to see what they thought about their compensation. Facebook led the pack with nearly 80% of respondents answering that they are compensated fairly, while PayPal had only about 26% answering that they are compensated fairly.
