Comp expectations for series b, after Microsoft

I'm new to the startup game, left Microsoft 18 months ago (voluntary) for a career break and now getting back into tech. I'm not sure what a reasonable expectation is for Senior Staff Engineer in a series b startup (just got series b a few months ago). For equity (options), do you care about percentage? Current value? Projected value seems like marketing BS. What sort of % delta in base salary between big tech and a startup? I have an offer and it feels low 16 yoe MS comp: 320k (200k base, 40k bonus, 80k stock) Startup: 190k base, 0.06% equity, 90k current value. I guess I was hoping hoping for 220k base, and 0.1% equity. Is that reasonable for senior staff at series B? Edit: company is remote and bases comp on local market, I'm in Seattle. Job was listed as Senior/Staff, offer Senior Staff

Too low of equity and salary for your level

offer is good for B senior. this is not sr staff offer but most B don’t need that so it’s just title inflation. it’s literally ridiculous for a B to even have a level called “sr staff” as it implies fine grained leveling 220 .1% is indeed fair for staff/principal ask them for .1 and see if they blink

Most series B are offering senior 180-200, not a good offer.
