I told ChatGPT a little about myself then asked it my company’s questions for my mid year self reflection and development. It was actually really useful because I took that and made it in to my own

I use it when I have a hard time formulating responses that need to sound stern but also still remain professional.

I use it for Slack and Google scripts, different formulas. To sum up themes and key data points, and generally just ideate.
