Essentials this is in bothell but it’s at bothell millcreek border. Nearly 5 miles to reach 405. We only care about elementary school for next 8-9 years Everett school district . Good school district. NSD is even better side of school district in Bothell.
Try to get in NSD if possible. Check out 98021 for better commute. But prices are higher. But if commute and not wana stuck on NSD, it's good area.
How come a low rating school in NSD is better than a high rated school in ESD? Not only rating, even many schools in ESD has better state rank on school digger site.
Jackson is a great school
